About the role
We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our beauty department in Doha. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers discover the right products across all beauty categories.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome every client, provide personalized advice and guide them to suitable items.
- Promote product attributes, inform clients about promotions and new merchandise.
- Maintain tidy and correctly priced stock, ensuring price tags are clean and displayed properly.
- Develop long‑term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and communicate them to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, skin‑care or makeup.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, results‑driven and able to work in a team‑oriented environment.
