Client Marketing Manager – Qatar

About the role

The Client Marketing Manager will design and execute localized marketing strategies that drive growth for Visa’s key partners in Qatar. This role combines account management, data‑driven lifecycle marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver end‑to‑end campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to create joint annual roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and measurement of marketing programs with media, creative, and digital agencies.
• Develop full‑funnel campaigns (acquisition, activation, retention) for payment products.
• Localize regional and global assets and build ecosystems with merchants, digital platforms, and entertainment brands.
• Coordinate with product, legal, and agency teams to manage budgets, timelines, and compliance.
• Adapt campaign strategies to Qatar’s consumer landscape, regulatory environment, and seasonal trends.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Account Management within financial services, fintech, retail banking, payment networks, telecoms, FMCG or agencies serving financial clients.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of owning deliverables and driving flawless campaign execution.
• Data‑led marketer experienced in optimization, performance marketing, automation tools, and lifecycle execution.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of managing agency outputs.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with deep knowledge of the Qatar consumer market, banking ecosystem, and media trends.
