About the role
The Commis II will support kitchen operations at the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, located within Four Seasons Hotel Doha. The hotel is a seaside retreat in Qatar’s vibrant capital, offering modern grandeur, breathtaking Arabian Gulf views, and a commitment to authentic Qatari hospitality. Four Seasons Hotel Doha features 237 guest rooms, 20 private villas, ten exceptional dining venues, five swimming pools, a private beach, a state‑of‑the‑art fitness centre and an award‑winning Spa & Wellness Centre. The property underwent a major renovation in 2020, reinforcing its status as a premier luxury destination in the Middle East. As part of the Food & Beverage team, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering the exceptional luxury dining experience for which Four Seasons is renowned.

- Minimum 24 months of experience working in a kitchen environment.
