Commission-Based Sales Representative – Defense Ammunition

About the role

RAMSA Defence & Aerospace is looking for experienced commission‑based sales representatives to drive sales of ammunition and military products. The position is fully remote and focuses on acquiring new customers, managing tender processes, and supporting long‑term defence programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Earn a 3% commission on total sales invoice, working on a 100% commission basis.
• Develop new customers and markets for ammunition and military products.
• Manage military tenders, bids, and sales processes from initial contact to contract execution.
• Act as a project partner, supporting long‑term defence and ammunition programmes.
• Represent RAMSA Defence & Aerospace professionally in assigned regions.
• Provide regular, structured sales activity and progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ammunition, military products, or defence industry sales.
• Prior experience with defence contractors, armed forces, or military supply projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
