About the role
Dr.Nutrition Company is seeking a Company Driver who will also take charge of store stock, staff coordination and the planning of promotional campaigns. This role blends driving duties with retail management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients and de‑escalating the situation.
Required profile
- Well‑presented and professional appearance.
- Organised and punctual.
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
