About the role
Lead and manage the Compression Contractor to ensure safe and successful execution of CP Topsides piping fabrication scopes, meeting project objectives in safety, quality, and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise contractor activities for piping fabrication, mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning and commissioning, ensuring compliance with contractual and international standards.
- Review progress reports, identify concerns, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Participate in risk assessments, kickoff meetings, technical meetings and lessons‑learned sessions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience on large oil & gas construction projects, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of project execution procedures, HSE, quality, and relevant design codes.
