Consultant – SIAM & Vendor Governance

About the role

The Consultant – SIAM & Vendor Governance is the senior operational authority responsible for integrating and governing more than 40 technology vendors, OEMs and internal teams. The role ensures SLA/OLA compliance, monitors performance, and drives corrective actions to protect service continuity and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve the SIAM model, maintaining provider maps, governance calendars, RACI matrices and escalation procedures.
• Maintain a consolidated obligations register covering contracts, SLAs, OLAs, warranties and support entitlements, and track renewals, expiries and critical dependencies.
• Own the provider performance framework, design scorecards, validate data accuracy and trigger recovery or improvement plans for breaches.
• Define and govern cross‑provider interfaces for incidents, changes, problems and knowledge management, preventing deflection and ensuring clear handoffs.
• Lead major‑incident, problem and change governance across multiple providers, ensuring proper escalation, evidence preservation and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive IT service‑management or managed‑services experience.
• At least 6 years of experience leading SIAM or supplier‑governance programmes.
• Proven ability to translate contracts into measurable operating controls and to manage complex multi‑vendor environments.
