Content Creator and Community Coordinator

About the role

SEED is looking for a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Community Coordinator based in Doha, Qatar. The person will develop, plan and produce engaging content for social media, newsletters and other digital channels that reflects SEED's holistic wellness philosophy, while building a welcoming online and offline community.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content on-site, write posts and captions, schedule and publish content, and monitor community engagement across platforms
• Respond to messages and comments, support events and workshops, and coordinate with wellness practitioners to share their expertise
• Gather stories and feedback from guests and collaborate with the wider team to keep the brand voice consistent
• Contribute ideas to grow SEED's presence in Doha

Required profile

• Clear, engaging written content for social media, blogs and newsletters, with strong storytelling and audience-focused communication
• Experience producing visual content, including basic photography and video capture/editing, and familiarity with Reels, Stories and short-form video
• Understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals, and of how to get content to go viral and maintain a strong brand
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with respect and warmth towards guests, practitioners and partners
• Interest in or familiarity with wellness, holistic health or mindfulness, and willingness to learn
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus. Portfolio link requested.
