Content Operations Manager – In‑Flight Entertainment

About the role

As a Content Operations Manager within Qatar Airways' Product Development & Design division, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital and media content for In‑Flight Entertainment (IFE), over‑the‑top (OTT) services, and other digital platforms. You will ensure that the right content reaches passengers accurately and seamlessly, enhancing the overall travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content ingest workflows, including formatting, validation, and delivery across broadcast, OTT, and IFE platforms.
• Oversee content packaging and technical preparation to meet aircraft system requirements.
• Coordinate publishing schedules and deployment to align with programming strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, airline stakeholders, content service providers, and technology vendors.
• Identify process gaps and implement workflow and system improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Maintain catalogue integrity, publishing effectiveness, and asset handling performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital media content operations, preferably in aviation or media industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
