Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our modern urban hotel in Doha. The role focuses on building and managing corporate accounts, delivering tailored hospitality solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across the Doha market.
• Maintain and grow existing corporate relationships to maximize repeat business.
• Develop and present customized sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the revenue management and operations teams to ensure optimal pricing and service delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using hotel CRM or sales management systems.
