Cost Controller Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Controller Supervisor to join our hospitality team in West Bay, Doha. The role supports the finance and operations functions by managing inventory, analysing product mix and ensuring accurate cost data across food, beverage and retail areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories for food, beverage and retail areas as required.
• Analyse product mix, margins and guest preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
• Enter and update prices, menu changes and user data in the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Record receipt of all food, beverage and non‑food items in the inventory and purchasing systems.
• Investigate measurement unit discrepancies and price variances.
• Maintain and update inventory requisitions and master cost files.
• Assist in calculating cost‑of‑sale ratios and perform random checks on product storage.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and uphold professional appearance.
• Perform light manual handling of items up to 10 lb and support team objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in inventory or cost control.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Doha.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using inventory and purchasing management systems.
