Credit Control Manager & Reinsurance Underwriter Positions

About the role

We are partnering with a leading reinsurance organisation to recruit senior professionals for three distinct positions across Muscat (Oman) and Qatar. The roles include a Credit Control Manager and two Underwriters (Casualty/Liability and Property) focused on facultative reinsurance.

Key responsibilities

• Credit Control Manager: lead credit control operations, set collection targets, reconcile intercompany, MGA and reinsurance balances, produce cash‑flow reports and financial governance documents, manage team KPIs and stakeholder coordination, and prepare strategic management reports.
• Underwriters (Casualty/Liability & Property): evaluate facultative reinsurance risks, draft underwriting proposals, conduct portfolio profitability and exposure analysis, review and approve underwriting documentation within authority limits, support renewals and endorsements, engage with clients and brokers, and contribute to market intelligence and business development.

Required profile

• Credit Control Manager: minimum 10 years of credit control or finance experience within insurance/reinsurance.
• Underwriters: 4–7 years of underwriting experience, preferably in facultative reinsurance.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with international markets is preferred; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
