Cybersecurity Platform Engineer – CP AI SOC Command Post

About the role

The CP AI SOC Command Post is expanding its cybersecurity platform team and seeks a hands‑on Cybersecurity Platform Engineer. The role blends technical implementation, customer‑facing support, AI‑driven security operations, and technical pre‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and operate CP AI SOC environments and integrations.
• Troubleshoot connectors, APIs and security telemetry across SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability, identity and cloud security platforms.
• Support ingestion, correlation and enrichment of asset, vulnerability, identity and threat data.
• Assist customers in operationalising the platform within existing SOCs and develop AI‑assisted monitoring workflows.
• Design and execute technical pre‑sales workshops, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose issues, validate platform behaviour and automate deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and SOC operations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integrations and APIs.
• Ability to work directly with customers, engineering and product teams.
• Interest in AI‑driven security automation and workflow optimisation.
