Data Platform / Lakehouse Lead (Bronze/Silver/Gold)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Data Platform / Lakehouse Lead to design, build and operate a modern data lakehouse following the Bronze‑Silver‑Gold medallion model. The role will be based on‑site with relocation support and will report to the Head of Data Architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Data Lakehouse architecture, defining Bronze, Silver and Gold medallion tiers.
• Develop and maintain ingest pipelines from the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), API Gateway and IT/OT Bridge, supporting both streaming and batch processing.
• Deliver business intelligence, reporting, feature‑store and advanced analytics solutions while ensuring data governance, lineage and quality.
• Enforce data residency and classification requirements in line with Decree 53/2022 and PDPL 91/2025.
• Collaborate with data modelers to create reusable dimensional and airport‑specific data models and KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics platforms.
• Proven expertise with medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architecture and dimensional modelling.
• Hands‑on experience building streaming and batch ingest pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, lineage and data sovereignty.
