Demi Chef de Partie – Italian Restaurant in Doha

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Cecconi's Doha, the flagship Italian restaurant within The Ned Doha. This role offers the chance to work in a high‑energy, luxury environment, creating authentic Italian dishes for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook Italian specialties, ensuring consistency, quality, and visual appeal.
• Maintain efficient mise en place and manage stock levels.
• Assist with food cost control and waste minimisation.
• Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in an upscale Italian restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta, sauces, and antipasti.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and culinary excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
