Digital Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, bilingual Digital Content Creator to produce and manage high‑performing content across our social platforms. The role combines creative execution with data‑driven optimisation to drive growth, engagement and community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual and short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Write captions, scripts, hooks, headlines and post copy in Arabic and English.
• Capture and produce short‑form videos such as reels, stories, interviews and event coverage.
• Support day‑to‑day publishing, maintain content calendars and adapt formats for each platform.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments and viral opportunities relevant to Qatar and the GCC.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for reach, saves, shares and watch‑time.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages when needed.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with minor translation, localisation and on‑ground filming during events.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital publishing.
• Strong writing and copy‑writing skills for social and editorial formats.
• Good understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and short‑form trends.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, Later).
• Short‑form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Basic filming and mobile content capture.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and apply insights.
