Digital Direct Manager – Africa

About the role

Based in Doha, the Digital Direct Manager – Africa will lead the planning and execution of digital direct activities across the African region. The role focuses on positioning QR.com as the preferred booking channel by ensuring the right products, functionalities and exclusive offers are available on the website and mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement the regional Digital Direct strategy for Africa, providing market‑specific insights.
• Develop and launch Digital Direct‑only campaigns that showcase preferential content, fares and features.
• Monitor day‑to‑day Digital Direct operations, ensuring alignment with processes, timelines and reporting to regional and head‑office leadership.
• Design product positioning and messaging that differentiate QR.com in price, quality and target markets.
• Manage the full product portfolio, defining advertising channels, exclusive deals and preferential inventory in collaboration with Revenue Management.
• Identify new trends, partnerships and leisure/Corporate CUGs to shift traffic from third‑party to the direct channel.
• Analyse consumer demand and behaviour to optimise conversion rates and drive profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital direct or e‑commerce channels.
• Ability to develop and execute regional digital strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to track performance and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with marketing, revenue management and regional teams.
