About the role
The Dining Services Duty Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations of a dining outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with health and safety standards, and effective team management.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outlet operations including customer service, inventory management and food rotation.
- Monitor employee performance, food wastage and maintain cleanliness and service standards.
- Train team leaders, enforce HACCP standards and ensure proper grooming of staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and explore commercial opportunities.
Required profile
- University qualification with at least 2 years relevant experience or High School qualification with 3 years relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a Senior Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and ability to work under high pressure.
Required skills
- POS system knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Understanding of HACCP standards
