Director of Residences

About the role

The Director of Residences will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Four Seasons Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar, overseeing a portfolio of luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, this role ensures the delivery of premium residential experiences for long‑term guests and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the residential component, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Oversee the private residence units on floors 2‑6 and the four duplex penthouses, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Coordinate with the hotel’s food & beverage, spa, and concierge teams to provide integrated luxury experiences.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial performance, and asset management strategies for the residences.
• Lead, coach and develop the residential staff, fostering a culture of excellence and guest‑centric service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing luxury residential or hospitality properties.
• Strong background in HOA, property, financial and asset management.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
