District Representative I – Water (Technical Sales)

About the role

As a District Representative I – Water you will drive revenue and profit growth for Nalco Water by delivering consultative sales and technical support to existing and strategic accounts in the water technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing customers and competitively‑held accounts to meet profit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with plant and facility executives, understanding their business needs.
• Provide technical support, perform system analysis, interpret data and deliver written recommendations to optimise customer operations.
• Promote and sell Nalco Water innovations and technologies, converting strategic competitive accounts.
• Collaborate with the technical service team to resolve customer challenges and ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five years of technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
• Petrochemical industry experience (preferred).
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.
