Driver / Messenger – Transport & Logistics Support

About the role

The Driver/Messenger will provide safe and timely transport services for staff, visitors and documents across Doha. You will be the first point of contact for new joiners arriving at Hamad International Airport and will support various internal logistics needs.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up new joiners at the airport and transport them to company accommodation.
• Shuttle joiners between accommodation, hotels and the Tower 2 building for onboarding formalities.
• Deliver documents and packages to designated locations promptly and courteously.
• Transport joiners for medical or biometric appointments as required.
• Provide city tours, accommodation viewings, and VIP transportation on request.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, pre‑trip inspections and daily mileage charts.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, serviced and meets company standards.
• Assist with document handling and filing within 24 hours of receipt.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years experience as an Office/Database Administrator.
• Valid driving licence.
