About the role

The Dual Property Financial Controller acts as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s service objectives and maximise return on investment. The role combines financial expertise with business planning to drive profitable outcomes across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data, market trends and sales performance to create annual budget plans and forecast expenses.
• Monitor actual versus projected sales and wages, identifying opportunities to improve profit and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets and manage business risks.
• Lead and motivate accounting teams, communicating strategic goals and ensuring clear accountability.
• Prepare timely financial reports, document profit and loss statements, and support property strategy from a finance perspective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree in the same fields with no experience required.
