Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Plugins/PCF)

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a D365 CE developer based in Doha to design, develop and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and related modules). The role covers plugin and PCF development, model-driven app customization and integration work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities and business process automations using C# and .NET
• Build and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls and customize Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions
• Configure business rules, forms, views, dashboards and security roles
• Integrate with external systems via REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure services, Logic Apps and Power Automate
• Take part in technical design discussions and support data migration and deployment across environments
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders and project teams, and prepare technical design documents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development
• Proven expertise in plugin development, custom workflow activities, PCF, model-driven apps and Power Automate
• Experience with Dataverse and the Dynamics 365 Web API
• Strong understanding of solution management and ALM practices
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Microsoft PL-400 certification is mandatory
