Early Years Female PE Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

GEMS American Academy Qatar is seeking a passionate Female Early Years Physical Education Teacher to join the school from November 2026. The successful candidate will inspire kindergarten and early years students to love physical activity, delivering engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality PE lessons that align with the American curriculum and school expectations.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and use data to inform instruction and raise student achievement.
• Differentiate instruction for English language learners and students needing additional challenge or support.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster student success.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and collaborative professional practice.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote student well‑being, safeguarding, and positive behaviour in line with school policies.
