E&I Superintendent Construction (Fabrication)

About the role

The E&I Superintendent Construction (Fabrication) leads on‑site execution of fabrication projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with engineering and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage fabrication construction activities in line with project specifications, schedules, and company standards.
• Liaise with project management and engineering to coordinate phases, resources, and planning.
• Implement and enforce HSE protocols to maintain a zero‑incident workplace.
• Guarantee quality control throughout construction, complying with industry codes and project requirements.
• Optimize workforce scheduling, equipment allocation, and material procurement.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contractual performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Foster teamwork, mentor staff, and promote continuous improvement.
• Lead implementation and verification of McDermott policies and mandatory training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in the EPCI industry with a leadership role in fabrication construction.
• Strong knowledge of modern fabrication techniques and standards.
• Proven ability to manage HSE systems effectively.
