Electrical Trainer

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Trainer to deliver high‑quality classroom and hands‑on technical training programs. The role involves developing future professionals, assessing their progress, and continuously improving training excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical electrical training sessions.
- Assess, evaluate, and certify trainees.
- Supervise practical exercises and provide coaching.
- Plan training schedules, resources, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain training facilities and equipment.
- Update and improve training content and delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and management system requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Train the Trainer (TTT) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Previous training or learning & development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Medium Voltage (MV) or High Voltage (HV) systems is essential.
Required skills
- Electrical engineering expertise.
- Medium Voltage system knowledge.
- High Voltage system knowledge.
