EMEA Head of ISA Operations

About the role

The EMEA Head of ISA Operations will design and implement the operational framework for the Internal and Supplier Assurance (ISA) business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures the ISA function is integrated with global processes, delivers commercial discipline, and supports rapid growth while maintaining regulatory readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise the end‑to‑end client journey for ISA across the EMEA region, aligning with global standards.
• Build a scalable delivery engine that balances quality, efficiency, margin control and compliance.
• Lead regional teams to develop and maintain the competencies required for ISA program delivery.
• Coordinate with the Global Hub to ensure clear roles, responsibilities and governance structures.
• Collaborate with sales and advisory teams to support client proposals and enhance service confidence.

Required profile

• Proven operational leadership experience in professional services, preferably audit or advisory.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of building frameworks that drive efficiency, scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on client centricity and value creation.
