Engagement Manager, Global Public Sector

About the role

Scale is expanding its Global Public Sector team to drive AI adoption across governments and research institutions in the Middle East. As an Engagement Manager you will build deep relationships with public‑sector clients, identify high‑value AI use cases, and ensure successful delivery of custom large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑impact use cases for custom LLMs within government entities.
• Partner with clients to understand their challenges and co‑create AI solutions.
• Maintain long‑term client health by anticipating risks and addressing concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to track delivery timelines and ensure on‑time execution.
• Monitor and improve operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with premier research institutions building Arabic LLMs to explore partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or technical program management.
• Proven track record in B2B client engagement and business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Empathetic approach and a strategic mindset for long‑term relationship building.
