Enterprise Cybersecurity & IAM Lead (DIAM/CIAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to design and operate enterprise‑wide identity and cybersecurity solutions. The role will drive the implementation of DIAM/CIAM platforms, secure network services and privacy compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise identity management (DIAM/CIAM) with Single Sign‑On using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Implement network security controls, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), secrets management and integrate with the corporate Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Build a consent and privacy platform aligned with PDPL 91/2025 and ensure data‑sovereignty compliance.
• Support zero‑trust architecture and convergence of OT and IT security under the OT pillar.

Required profile

• 8 + years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity and identity‑and‑access‑management.
• Proven expertise in SSO/federation (SAML/OIDC), CIAM and privilege‑management solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with SOC/SIEM and EDR integration.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy and sovereignty regulations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in airport or critical‑infrastructure security.
