Enterprise Marketing Senior Manager

About the role

Lead the Enterprise Communications Strategy and MarCom roadmap for Vodafone Business in Qatar, aligning priorities, governance and market activation to strengthen the brand and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise Communications Strategy, MarCom roadmap and website content, ensuring alignment with market insights and business goals.
• Lead integrated B2B campaigns from brief to activation, delivering clear objectives, cross‑functional readiness and brand consistency.
• Equip sales teams with proposition messaging, customer‑facing content and activation tools for enterprise launches.
• Plan and execute EBU events with partners, product and segment teams, linking communications to commercial priorities.
• Manage reputation and communications risks, providing timely responses to sensitive issues.
• Track performance, ROI and analytics to optimise communications investment and agency performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in communications, integrated marketing, brand or B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional communications programmes.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with ability to connect communications to business outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication, influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Must be a Qatari national.
