Environmental Engineer - Consultancy Project

About the role

Candidzone is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer for a consultancy project in Qatar. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of relevant experience, a strong background in environmental consultancy and sound knowledge of environmental engineering principles and consultancy practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct environmental assessments, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Prepare and review environmental reports, technical documents and assessment studies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical advice on environmental management and mitigation measures.
• Monitor environmental performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Support environmental impact assessments and environmental management planning.
• Maintain accurate environmental documentation and reporting records.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant environmental engineering experience.
• Environmental consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of environmental engineering principles and consultancy practices.
• Good understanding of environmental regulations, standards and compliance requirements.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory.
