Events & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Events & Marketing Coordinator will plan, organise and execute a variety of events, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities for Baraha Town. This role works closely with tenants, vendors and external partners to boost footfall, enhance brand awareness and support tenant success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute events, exhibitions and seasonal campaigns across the property.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, agencies, sponsors and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Design marketing materials for print and digital platforms, including posters, banners, flyers and social media graphics.
• Manage Baraha Town’s social media channels – create content, schedule posts, monitor engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to increase footfall and drive customer engagement.
• Prepare event plans, marketing calendars, budgets and post‑campaign reports with performance analysis.
• Support tenant marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with retail and commercial tenants.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and social media performance to recommend improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requests, supplier coordination, invoice processing and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Events Management, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event management or a similar role, preferably within retail, shopping malls, hospitality or mixed‑use developments.
