Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning by turning real consulting engagements into structured training environments. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic business scenarios and evaluation frameworks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project scenarios that reflect real‑world industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Create grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
