Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

About the role

Raffles & Fairmont Doha invites applications for an Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across the Food & Beverage division, supporting the F&B vision, commercial strategy and luxury positioning of both brands. It drives revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences across all F&B outlets, working closely with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic direction of the Food & Beverage division and partner with hotel leadership to drive revenue, profitability and market positioning
• Oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting, in-room dining and other F&B touchpoints
• Analyse revenue, profitability, labour productivity, food and beverage costs, guest feedback and market trends
• Contribute to annual budgets, business plans, forecasting, capital planning and commercial initiatives
• Develop new concepts, revenue streams, partnerships and guest experiences
• Lead and develop F&B leadership teams, including succession planning and talent development
• Work cross-functionally with Culinary, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms and other stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, regulatory requirements and operational controls

Required profile

• Significant senior-level Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels and/or resorts
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-outlet F&B operations
• Relevant hospitality, business or Food & Beverage qualification, or equivalent education, training and experience
