About the role
OISSG Consultancy is looking for a Facility Management Specialist to be nominated for a government‑sector assignment in Qatar. The role focuses on overseeing building operations, preventive maintenance and service contract administration for Qatari government entities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day building operations and preventive maintenance programmes.
- Supervise contractors, ensure compliance with safety requirements and monitor operating costs.
- Administer asset management procedures and service contracts, including archival storage facilities where applicable.
Required profile
- 10–16 years of relevant facility management experience, preferably with Qatari government entities.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and professional certifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
