F&B Attendant

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, you will be the first point of contact for guests in our dining outlets. You will act as a Hospitality Ambassador, delivering prompt, courteous service and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the F&B outlets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverage selections, and hotel services.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest privacy throughout the work area.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, handling payments, and processing orders accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
