F&B Captain

About the role

The F&B Captain will support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving team performance and business results. This role blends hands‑on service delivery with leadership of front‑of‑house staff.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction throughout all F&B outlets.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment and uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverage service.
• Develop and sustain a strong team culture, delivering prompt and courteous service in line with brand standards.
• Handle daily team member relations, coaching, and empowerment to encourage problem‑solving.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back‑of‑house teams to guarantee seamless operations.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Current holder of a comparable role and relevant qualifications.
• Strong team player with reliable references.
