F&B Hostess (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The F&B Hostess will support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery. This role requires an Arabic‑speaking professional who can uphold brand standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and high‑quality service environment.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service in line with Anantara brand standards.
• Manage daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving through training and empowerment.
• Assist in developing a strong team culture focused on operational excellence.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
