About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert (F&B Hostess) ensures food and beverage operations run smoothly, creating memorable experiences for guests. Responsibilities include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables and dining areas for guests.
- Assist kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness of work zones.
- Replenish supplies and ensure all service areas are stocked.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; food and beverage experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
Required skills
- Basic reading and visual verification of menus.
