About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Sheraton creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, setting tables, and coordinating with the kitchen. This full‑time, on‑site position involves constant movement and interaction with guests to ensure a seamless meal experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are properly prepared for guests.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied floor surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
