About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations by providing hands‑on assistance across the service area. This full‑time, on‑site position involves setting tables, supporting the kitchen, and maintaining clean, well‑stocked workspaces.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and clean work areas to keep service areas ready for guests.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and help move, lift, or carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Maintain safety standards by working on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and following company policies.
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accurate service delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
