About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations by providing hands‑on assistance across the venue. This full‑time position involves setting tables, assisting the kitchen, maintaining clean work areas, and replenishing supplies to create a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are ready for service.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and keep work zones clean and stocked.
- Move, lift, and carry supplies (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with help) and handle items on the floor, overhead, or below knee level.
- Read and verify menu information, supporting guests with reservations and inquiries.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous exposure to food‑and‑beverage environments is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of food‑and‑beverage service processes.
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and uniform standards.
