F&B Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Waiter/Waitress to join our hotel team in Doha. You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering friendly and professional service to guests while supporting smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and upsell menu items.
• Process cash payments and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Operation of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Basic culinary knowledge and food preparation.
• Inventory management and stock replenishment.
