About the role
Join Hilton's hospitality team in Doha as a Female Lifeguard, where safety and guest experience go hand‑in‑hand. You will ensure a secure pool environment while delivering the warm, attentive service that defines exceptional hotel hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and enforce pool rules to maintain safety.
- Respond to emergencies following the established action plan.
- Provide courteous guest service, answering queries and guiding visitors.
- Maintain pool and fitness area cleanliness, including towel collection, equipment organization and deep‑cleaning when required.
- Inspect pool fixtures and equipment, reporting any defects.
- Attend mandatory meetings and communicate guest feedback to management.
- Deliver tours of the spa, pool and fitness facilities.
Required profile
- Female candidates.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a pool environment.
- Strong attention to safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
