Finance and Accounting Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing payments and financial solutions provider in the iGaming sector, looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team in Qatar. You will own the end‑to‑end financial reconciliation process, ensure accurate reporting, and support month‑end and year‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial reconciliations across payment flows, accounts and settlement files.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary and driving them to closure.
• Prepare accurate, timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Design, improve and document reconciliation processes and internal controls.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Liaise with banking, payment and operational partners on financial queries.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility of the company’s financial position.

Required profile

• Strong reconciliation experience, preferably in payments, fintech, iGaming or other high‑volume transactional environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and financial systems.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient and able to thrive in a rapidly expanding business without heavy structure.
• Willingness to be based in, or relocate to, Qatar.
