Finance Manager (Hotel)

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of a hotel within the Accor network, ensuring profitability, robust financial controls, and support for strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; monitor departmental expenses and analyse variances.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Support revenue management by monitoring room, food & beverage revenue and analysing occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and supplier payments.
• Control operating costs, review purchasing activities and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare documentation and implement recommendations.
• Oversee payroll processes, labor cost reporting and ensure accurate statutory payments.
• Manage inventory controls, fixed assets, depreciation records and conduct periodic verifications.
• Lead, train and evaluate the finance and accounting team.
