Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to support day‑to‑day execution of general‑ledger processes, assist clients in understanding these processes, and ensure accurate accounting across the organization. The role involves ledger reconciliation, reporting, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits for all property areas.
• Perform ledger balancing, credit card ledger reconciliation, and contract verification.
• Generate timely financial reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision‑making.
• Monitor taxes, document profits and losses, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Complete period‑end close activities and maintain accurate period‑end functions.
• Provide guidance on accounting and budgeting policies to other units.
• Analyze information to identify solutions and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (no experience required) OR a 2‑year degree with at least 2 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general‑ledger processes, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting principles and ledger management.
• Experience using computer systems for financial spreadsheets and data entry.
