Finance Services Lead

About the role

The Finance Services Lead will oversee finance activities that are outsourced by NOC, ensuring delivery, governance and compliance. The role supports the Head of Business Services in the transformation roadmap and integrates new scopes into the shared service model.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development of NOC’s finance outsourcing program, from scope identification to KPI definition.
• Manage the transition of finance activities to the new Shared Service Center, ensuring business continuity.
• Drive performance management in the run phase, monitoring KPIs/SLA, improving productivity through tools and process automation.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, extending procurement scope and standardising processes.
• Prepare training material and deliver training to the outsourced finance team.
• Define, report and analyse KPIs and SLAs, conduct root‑cause analysis and monitor SLA compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison between the outsourcing team and the Finance entity.

Required profile

• BSc in Science, Commercial field or equivalent; Master’s degree in Administration is a plus.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas and Supply Chain, with deep knowledge of Source‑to‑Contract and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Strong understanding of finance, compliance, legal and technical interfaces.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation projects and manage cross‑functional teams.
