Financial Analyst – Cross‑Sell Activation

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support FI Cross‑Sell Activation initiatives across Turkey and Egypt, analysing client portfolios to identify cross‑sell opportunities and enhancing onboarding, product and monitoring processes. The role contributes to building scalable capabilities that increase penetration of Lending, GTB, Cash Management and Global Markets solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse FI portfolios to identify revenue potential and wallet‑share gaps.
• Gather and document business requirements across Coverage, GTB, GM, Lending and Operations.
• Map end‑to‑end onboarding, fulfillment and monitoring processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support design of target operating models, client engagement frameworks and tailored product propositions.
• Act as liaison between business, operations, product, risk and technology teams, providing governance reporting and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of banking experience, preferably in Financial Institutions, GTB, Global Markets or Lending.
• Strong understanding of FI banking products, client lifecycle and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Based in Qatar with fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
