Financial Business Support Manager

About the role

The Financial Business Support Manager will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Financial Business Support to deliver timely Management Information System (MIS) reports, including ALCO analyses, enabling senior management to make informed decisions and closely monitor business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver MIS and ALCO reports within agreed timelines.
• Provide regular performance dashboards and progress updates against targets.
• Identify and flag variances, conducting initial root‑cause analysis for over‑ or under‑achievement.
• Support the SVP in monitoring business performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accountancy or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA or CFA is a plus.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in a major bank within a financial business support function.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MIS tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of valuation and pricing methodologies.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS and IAS.
• Ability to analyse data under pressure and build relationships across the organization.
